I am very disappointment, they canceled the booking just 4 h before check in, they didn't pick up the phone, nobody were there until 4, by the way 4pm is the time for check in and 10 am to leave, when finally I could book again they charged to me 10 extra for a mattress very uncomfortable. The only good thing is the place is clean and a good location, but I will never recomend this place.
Great for an overnight stay before catching an early ferry. Fast and easy checkin, clean room, friendly staff.
Might have found the place a bit pricey for the value in the busy season (nearly twice the price then), but given that I was essentially stranded due to incompetence at the hostel down the straight, the place seems a godsend. I was received quite warmly, and 40 later I was in a comfy, clean room with a TV and fast wifi. The bed is a bit short if you're a tall fella like me (6'4" and my feet near hung off the bed) but i still slept fabulously. Shower pressure is a bit low, but temperature is consistent. Shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and a bar of soap are all provided. The space is fitted with an electric kettle too. Beyond that, unless you plan ilon subsisting in a couple cups of tea, you'd best head down to the petrol station or one of the many fish and chips shops in the area. Overall, a very comfortable stay and if the price is right, I'll gladly stay here again.(Don't mind the mess I made; the room was very tidy when I arrived)

Small family hotel, a bit dated on the inside, rooms can do with refurbishment. Right opposite the train station but a fair way from the city centre/harbour. Has weird checking times as well (from memory it was after 4pm and before 11pm) - youre stuck if you arrive outside of these hours lol
