Spent our last night in the English Countryside in Dover at Heather's. Clean and spacious room and excellent English hospitality. Easy parking off street and large tasty breakfast. Would lived to have stayed longer.
We were on our way to the ferry from Dover to Calais and were looking for a place closer than London. We found Heather's Woodlands and had a very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable. Close to a restaurant for dinner and a lovely English breakfast to see us on our way across the channel.

My husband Eddie and I stayed for one night on our way back to The Netherlands.Great B&B! Great welcome, clean an very comfortable room. Barry even supplied a selection of biscuits on our arrival. Great nights sleep. Breakfast was fantastic...Heather is also very friendly. She cooks a great full English. Scrambled egg on toast. Also provided..Several kinds of Cereal, toast, marmalade, fresh fruit, yoghurt... what a great couple. Would defiantly stay here again and recommend it. Tip If using sat nav...include the word river in the address not just the post code. The post code will take you to a row of shops nearer the center. If you end up there...carry on straight down the road, through two sets of traffic lights, up the hill and the b&b is on the left.
