The nice standard of cleanliness and comfort you'd expect at a Premier Inn. Sea view was a plus. What made it was their beyond helpful and attentive reception staff (sadly I totally missed his name) he was great. He said he did careers outreach for Premier Inn and I can see why - he's fab.
Fantastic location with a great view! We arrived earlier than book in time and the rooms were ready. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly too, couldn't fault a thing.
Usual Premier Inn standard. Clean rooms. Good price. We had a family room with a double and two singles. Perfect for us and the two children. Free parking on site. Very close to the ferry terminal. Short walk into town if you want to do some shopping or get a Wetherspoons breakfast.
Location was great for the castle and hiking. The price was also great. The only issue is internet. It's so slow unless you pay their fee. Other premier inn locations don't have this problem.
Comfortable room. Bathroom was a good size and everything clean. Attached restaurant and bar were nice. Not a hotel with character but perfect for a work stay or night before the ferry.
