Steer well clear of this high street estate agents if you are looking to rent a property. Saying that most of the well known agents charge disproportionate fees and from my own personal experiences can be quite unscrupulous.
My husband and I have two properties let through Martins and we are more than happy with their service and attention to detail. They have found a very acceptable tenant for one flat, and although we are having a little trouble with the tenant of the studio flat, this is being dealt with efficiently by Martins. I am always informed of any problems, especially rent arrears and any maintenance issues are dealt with competently.I can strongly recommend this company and look forward to dealing with them for a long time.Dennis, Matt, Emily and Katie have been very reliable and I trust them implicitly with our properties.
