Brilliant family run business. I went to one of the big chain stores for a dog muzzle and didn't see anything I liked, the lady tried one on him that was completly restricting him to even open his mouth and he freaked. Now here is the BIG difference and voice of experience and kindness, Steve told me not to try it on in the shop as he will get stressed and from then onwards relate the muzzle to stress, which would be difficult for me. Steve told me to take it home (without paying) and try it there....that is the difference between experience and love of animals rather than a big chain making money, plus its the only place in Dover I can find live fish food. Whoever made the nasty post about Steve appears to have some mental issues!
Aladins cave of pet products. I have found Pet Arcadia has a better stock lines than two of the big national companies. Plus an excelant service.
Steve has helped me with his brilliant knowledge, to set up my tropical tank. Everything i have needed, except the tank, i have bought from here! I always make the most of his advice too and have so far haven't had any major problems. There is a fantastic and always changing stock of fish in, and a brilliant selection of everything else you need to. Altho they do sell supplies for other pets, i generally walk straight past to the back of the shop for fish needs!!
