Ordered a cage for click and collect at beginning of December said it be in store 7days later which wasn't there went there 4 times since, they had one in another store to which a worker went to pick up himself got it home it was broken went back down there they gave another one from shelf (dirty) got told to use that so got it home set it up a week later now they want everything back. I have 2 hamsters in there which are baby's and can't keep unsettling them.
Weird brought a few tropical fish here had to fill in a form name and address so they knew where the fish were going

Great range of food & treats; knowledgeable & friendly staff. If they haven't got it, they'll get it and my 7 dogs love going there as they're pet friendly too.
