Great park when not busy
Good balance between cost effectiveness and ease of maintenance and fitness for purpose, very nice in the hot summers. Basically a grass area for lazing around with a short River walk along the Dour and also some good play areas with stuff for kids from a small climbing frame to some BMX/skateboard ramps. Nice children's play area and stream running through the gardens, but you have to avoid the alcoholics and drug users, it used to be a lovely place to sit and relax but not now.
Great place to go if you are searching for a supply of heroin
Great place to walk the dog, and burn off energy if you have young kids as it has a gated play area also has a skate park
