Looks like it has everything .walk past it everyday. Seems to be an up and coming thriving local business..personally the glass fronted exterior puts me off going there as i expect others like me cant help but look in when passing. No problem if you're in fantastic physical shape but if you need a bit of work then it could be off putting
My daughter choose it out of the 4 fitness studios in Dover and she is fully satisfied. New location, clean, comprehensive introduction by staff, self service 24 h access, online tutorials. Prices comparable with the others.
The staff are very friendly. No more closing times. Does what it says on the tin. A very good gum. A good range of equipment. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.
Great gym! All-new, excellent equipment, open 24 hours. I love the high-tech approach. The staff are super friendly. The only problem is that I still don't get to the gym as much as I would like. The only thing I wish the gym had is big, lockable lockers but I guess there isn't really room for that.
Great staff. Great knowledge of all aspects of a fitness as well as being able to offer personal coaching sessions tailored to individual needs. This is something that will make this gym stand out. The equipment is state of the art.The induction (which took about 45 minutes) was extremely comprehensive. Not only did the staff member go through all aspects of the machines, weights and how to use them, he also put a lot of emphasis on the health and safety side of gym life. This was very interesting and something I am used to with regards to inductions and was good coming from this gym. To sum up .... a very well managed and run gym with staff employed that have a wealth of knowledge they are more than happy to speak about. Just ask the question and you will receive a well rounded, honest answer given with full respect to the person asking.Keep up the great work.
