STAY AWAY!!! Terrible place steer well clear.Filthy dirty site with lazy staff. Loud music played all night by loud drunk drugged up abusive guests. Dirty green water in pool. Dirty toilets and showers. Muddy potholed field. Filthy bar and club house that I wouldn't eat or drink in if you paid me. Definitely not for families. Only gave it one star because no stars isn't an option given.
Nice camp site. Bit of a hairy journey if you have a long or double axle caravan. Not many passing points. But once there plenty of space. Shower and chemical points bit far away.
We love it here.. indoor pool.. Live music on Fridays. Great food and the staff are helpful..friendly and amazingly generous.. always worth giving them a call and booking direct.
A very nice campsite with a pool that the kids loved and a nice bar area. Good spacious pitches, but as mentioned by a few other reviewers, this site seems to attract people who have no consideration for the others around them and are up partying and making a lot of noise way past the 11 p.m. so called "quiet time". There doesn't seem to be anyone monitoring this or viewing the CCTV and there is no one you can contact when you've had enough of the noise, they close up at 11 p.m. Therefore you just have to suffer your inconsiderate neighbours and have them spoil your holiday due to tired grumpy parents and kids in the morning!
We rented one of the new Amethyst caravans that are for sale, and it was a stunning interior, more fun than any hotel room and the kids loved it. Well provisioned site has a great bar as well as games, swimming pool and entertainment for all the family. Great spot for exploring the Kent coast and we were blessed with amazing weather.
