This little site on the outskirts of Dover is lovely. I live local and i would still go there because it is so pretty and well run. But our last stop over was on our way back from Belgium...I didnt want to arrive back home late due to having a very excitable puppy with us, so we decided to stop off here straight off from the ferry. it was pretty late but i was given the security code to let ourselves in which was very helpful. The pitches are a nice size and many are separated by tall hedges. They site is very well kept and toilets/showers are clean and smart.
Stayed here last night on our way from Dover to Newark. Very nice. The facilities here are very clean. It has got a small cafe which caters for most people. Would I go back: definitely.
Visited this site a few times as I have family with a caravan here. The management really need to learn people skills. On one visit I was approached by who I later learned was the manager. Talk about obnoxious he approached me in a threatening manner asking me who I was visiting. I was surprised as he knew who I was! being there before. Explained i was visiting my dad his response was well I'm the manager and you need my permission. I replied there was no one in the office when I arrived so how long was I expected to wait for someone. He then said he would have me evicted off the site. I asked why would he feel the need to do that? His response was because I can I'm the manager. What really infuriated me was the fact he was smiling as he said it. This guy really abuses his position he really is a bad front for this company. He then proceeded to follow me to my family's caravan and continue to keep driving past . Talk about too familiar and for no reason whatsoever. This guy gives me the creeps. An onlooker observed this and I said I wanted to make a complaint. There advice was not to bother as I would get no support. Disgusting management! surprised no one has punched him from what I've learned he's very disliked and I'm not surprised.
Superb customer service, the best in the business. Highly recommended.
