Gazelli is a beautiful, lux space. I booked a 90 min massage, but was surprised to find out that 20-30 mins of the time was allocated towards a wellness q&a with the therapist. This would have been fine if I was booking a health related treatment but some of the questions were irrelevant to a relaxation massage (eg diet, confidence levels etc). For the price I didnt feel it was good value for money compared to other high end spas.

Tried to visit Gazelli Art House on Sunday and the place was closed. I was travelling from quite a long way and faced closed door, even thought website suggested it is open on Sundays from 11:00 till 17:00. Not reliable timetable on website!
