Very run down. Few good shops. Looking at it from the outside, you'd rather avoid the place. Needs some serious renovation. Parking is easy and plentiful. The only reason for shopping there is if the shop you need is located there.
Beautiful little shopping mall, could be better exploited, easy parking.
Dublcheck Cleaning Services EAST KENT visited The Weights Room. A very friendly gym with a wide range of machines and free weights. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable and as well. Recommended.

The Charlton Centre is part of Dover that could do with some support from the locals. At present there are a few useful units in there. Investment by the owners would improve chances of the area getting used more. There is a new gym, Channel Crossfit, that stands out for results. It is run by the highest qualified Crossfit coach in Kent and most definitely worth a visit if you want a professionally run safe gym. The Kids Channel Crossfit classes are run by 2 out of only 3 qualified coaches in Kent. The adjoining multi story car park is certainly the cheapest place to park legally in Dover, well worth considering too for long term parking if you are off on holiday.
