Use for storing my motohome
Appalling customer service and a complete dereliction of duty. It clearly states in their website that there are on demand transfers. I called them, as I have before, 3 hours prior to requiring a pick up, also adding that I had an 11 year old boy with me who'd just cycled 120 miles. They stated they didn't have any transfers, and couldn't help. I replied stating that the road to their depot was not only incredibly steep, but was also pitch black with no pavement. They just didn't bother to respond. Walking the miles back up to the that parking depot at night with a young boy, was terrifying, and they knew it, and did nothing to help. Disgraceful.
Excellent and super efficient service, both in dropping the car off and picking it up again two weeks later. Totally stress free........Special thanks to Greg for sending on left behind luggage!
We have used Port Parking a few times and never any issues from booking to collecting on our return. Staff are always friendly and polite, they offer a shuttle service to the port. Nice and secure site. Easy to find. Highly recommended
