It's good for a quick ribs and chicken after work
After calling and being passed around to someone else after a woman who answered said you deal with them to the man I spoke with as I never order from there before. I was told after 10 mins of trying to explain my address as he could not understand what i was saying that it would be a 50 min wait. Nah il pass..
This shop has gone downhill. We ordered very late and they stayed open for us which I felt completely guilty for. In this I expected the left overs and not so good meal choices left for us BUT what I found was not one but two long brown hairs, with others (like cotten wool) nesseld in the mayonnaise inside the burger that housed chicken that was so hard and brittle I feared for my teath. My partner basicly had deep fried bones to replace chicken meat and all in all it was a poor, harrowing experience. I understand we were an inconvience but you still have to keep up to a quality standered, and hygiene... right ?! I can still feel the hair wrapped around my tounge. Its too late to get my 11 back now, to which I think is rediculous.Which sucks because I used to work for their partner company and loved every minute and meal that I had there, so very sad.
Ordered from them tonight and everything turned up cold almost as cold as the can of coke when challenged they said they hadn't heard delivered to my address when I said I had a receipt from my card they changed track and said they would redeliver. But no hot boxes used so it would be just as cold. Not enjoyable and not sure this would have happended if it was still siva franchise cannot think it's not anymore avoid people !!!!!! Terrible experience !!!!!!
Had ordered couple of times and found the foods delicious and delivery was really quick. Will definitely try again.
