Sadly, we overspent money with this incompetent company.The technicians that came were rude and condescending.They advised that rooms in our building with kitchens and open fires should have heat detectors replaced with smoke detectors and assessed risk did not take into account usage properly.The fire risk assessment was clearly not Quality Assured by a second person in the company. In some cases - it was a work of fiction - ignoring some things that clearly needed to be on the report; and recommending things which were not remotely related to a fire risk assessment.A quote provided for remedial works exorbitant.
