A library just off the Market Square in Dover where the books are just a front for many other services. You can rent DVDS and CDs as well as use a computer and a printer if you are a member. It costs 10p a page to print but you can use the computer for free.

One of my favorite places in Dover, a place of culture and friendship, with wonderful staff. All for free, in a building with a daring architecture build in a historic place where it used to be executions hundreds of years ago.
