Car insurance used to be so simple with the NFU, however now they have outsourced the service. They use DAS legal services to fight your corner. Obviously this isnt the Whitfield branches decision.Having been the victim of another driver NFU Whitfield were completely useless, incompetence would suggest they had a level of professionalism and ability which failed in this case but that is giving them unfair credit.They will not support you, they wont ring you back and the whole experience is tedious. The branch has changed hands, the previous people were complete professionals and very attentive, this new lot would complemented if I describe them as charlatans so I will describe them as amateurs without hope.I have moved all my policies and saved a considerable amount of money.DAS services are a call centre legal firm who employ legal advisors with very limited legal training and a few qualified lawyers. They are slow, require information again and again. Well done NFU youve joined the ranks of call centre club!
