I phoned Arc Electricals to come around for a quote they turned up on time had a look around and said they would send me a quote the weekend so a week goes past and nothing so i phoned them back and he said oh yeah i meant the next weekend (so it takes 2 weeks to send out a quote really ?) then he told me he couldn't do it until a months time because he had just taken on a big job, i said you could of let me know ? I was going too was the reply. Not at all happy !
