Nothing but problems with my used car even to this day 6 months later. Paid full price and keep finding evidence of accident damage not repaired properly. Car needs to have some warranty work which will still cost me more money due to warranty only covering half the labour. Never again.

A friend and I recently made a visit to this dealership with the intensions of buying a vehicle. We had a set budget on a perticular vehicle and they managed to meet it, great! We were going to use a part exchange as a deposit, they gave us a price and the finance figures and we were 100% happy to go ahead and buy the car, easy sale right?! Wrong. We were told that we couldnt buy the car without a holding deposit.. this vehicle had already been in stock for over 60 days so you would think that they would be happy to sell it... After going round in circles with the sales woman we finally asked to speak with the manager rather than having said saleswoman walk to and from his office.The manager came out with a completely dismissive attitude and told us to go online to apply for the finance rather than do it there, I can only assume he said this because it was 10 minutes from closing time. I explained to the manager that we did not have a deposit and that we were going to use the part exchange as a deposit, I explained that we are happy for them to Propose the finance agreement so the car is just as well as sold. He replied with a cocky attitude that the car isnt sold and wont be sold until we can give a deposit to hold it, at this point we said we cant and walked away.To think that they let us walk away rather than sell us the car is absolutely ludicrous, as I work in the motor trade I am completely dumbfounded by their lack of customer service.I would also like to add that we felt completely out of place and like they didnt even want us there, I didnt feel welcome, I dont feel like they took us seriously And I certainly dont feel like they wanted a sale.
