The night bus to Amsterdam from Ouibus (serviced by national express) never showed up. Dover Ferry Port is a terrible place to wait at night, the passenger terminal has no staff and the Ouibus app 'live updates' didn't work. Ouibus customer service is awful - I'm waiting for a response in "6-8 weeks" - doubt I'll get my money back. For one of the largest ports in the UK it's unbelievably bad service.
Very poor service, we had to spend 2 extra hours in the ferry due to bad organization, though we had pre-ordered tickets
